NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT OF HEARING

Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) had scheduled a public hearing for consideration of Application No. 1478721 at the Wetaskiwin Memorial Arts Centre, Wetaskiwin, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, January 10, 2007, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. Artemis Exploration Inc. (Artemis) identified to the EUB that it intends to bring forward related pipeline and facility applications. The EUB determined that it would be appropriate to hear all related applications concurrently at the same hearing.

Therefore, Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1478721 scheduled to commence on Wednesday, January 10, 2007 is hereby adjourned. The Board will consider the rescheduling of this matter on or after January 15, 2007. The Board expects that a hearing may proceed in late March 2007. However, a formal Notice of Rescheduling of Hearing will be issued from the offices of the EUB once the associated applications have been filed and reviewed.
