DETERMINATION of s.26(2) STANDING of the MÉTIS NATION OF ALBERTA – REGION ONE

The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) scheduled a hearing to determine whether the Métis Nation of Alberta – Local 1935 and the Métis Nation of Alberta Region One has standing to intervene in the Applications No. 1520026 and 1521272 at McArthur Place – 10308, 100th Street, Lac La Biche, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, September 30, 2008, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The ERCB has been advised that Métis Nation of Alberta – Local 1935 and the Métis Nation of Alberta Region One have withdrawn their objections to the Applications.

Take Notice that the s.26 Standing Hearing to commence on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 is hereby cancelled.
