The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1325847, to commence on Tuesday, October 26, 2004, at the C.A. Knight Recreation Facility, MacDonald Island Park, 151 MacDonald Drive, Fort McMurray, Alberta. The Board reviewed the submissions filed in this proceeding and determined that a public hearing of the Application was not required at this time. The Board is continuing to process the Application.
