The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Proceeding No. 1414122 and Application No. 1393846 at the Ponoka Legion Hall, 3911- Highway 2A, Ponoka, Alberta, commencing on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. Following withdrawal of objection from Donna and George Atsma, the Board considered the remaining registered participants and their submissions and determined that they did not qualify for standing pursuant to section 26 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act.
Take Notice that the public hearing of Proceeding No. 1414122 and Application No. 1393846
to commence on Thursday, September 15, 2005 is hereby cancelled.
