The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) had scheduled a public hearing commencing on Tuesday, April 1, 2008, to consider NAL Resources Limited’s (NAL) Application No. 1500916. The ERCB received a joint hearing adjournment request on Thursday, March 13, 2008, from NAL and the two intervening parties. The Board granted the hearing adjournment on Thursday, March 27, 2008.

The ERCB has been advised by NAL that it is withdrawing its application.

Therefore, Take Notice that the hearing to consider Application No. 1500916 is hereby cancelled.
