The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1524978 and 1555535 at the Walking Eagle Inn, 4819- 45 Street, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, August 26, 2008, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The ERCB has received a withdrawal of objection from the sole intervening party dated July 16, 2008.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1524978 and 1555535 to commence on Tuesday, August 26, 2008, is hereby cancelled.
