The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1626057 and Proceeding No. 1630569 at the ERCB Head Office, 640 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on February 24, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of this amended Notice of Hearing is to notify all interested parties that Bowood Energy Ltd. (Bowood) has withdrawn Application No. 1626057. The public hearing of Proceeding No. 1630569 only will commence on February 24, 2010, as scheduled.

Nature of Proceeding No. 1630569
Advantage Oil & Gas Ltd. (Advantage) has been granted, pursuant to Section 40 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act, a review of the ERCB’s decision to grant Licence No. 0413339 issued to Bowood pertaining to a well located at Legal Subdivision 12, Section 24, Township 31, Range 8, West of the 4th Meridian (02/12-24 well). Bowood’s well application, Application No. 1627809, was approved on October 23, 2009. On October 27, 2009, Advantage submitted a request for a review of the ERCB’s decision to approve Application No. 1627809. On November 12, 2009, the ERCB granted the request for a review of the decision.
