The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) will hold a public hearing of Application No. 1626057 and Proceeding No. 1630569 at the ERCB Head Office, 640 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on February 24, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. All interveners to this proceeding must be present at the commencement of the hearing to register their appearance. The purpose of this Amended Notice of Hearing is to notify all interested parties that Bowood Energy Corp. was amalgamated into Bowood Energy Ltd. and to reflect the amalgamation in the ERCB Notice of Hearing.
Description of Application No. 1626057
Bowood Energy Ltd. (Bowood) has applied, pursuant to Section 10.300(4) of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, to re-establish the maximum daily allowable (Q max ) based on a recent absolute open flow (AOF) test, revise an annual gas allowable, and remove the overproduction penalty assigned to the well located at Legal Subdivision (LSD) 12, Section 24, Township 31, Range 8, West of the 4th Meridian (00/12-24 well), for the production of gas from the Chinook Upper Mannville M Pool.

Advantage Oil & Gas Ltd. (Advantage) has been granted, pursuant to Section 40 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act, a review of the ERCB's decision to grant Licence No. 0413339 issued to Bowood pertaining to a well located at LSD 12-24-31-8W4M (02/12-24 well). Bowood's well application, Application No. 1627809, was approved on October 23, 2009. On October 27, 2009, Advantage submitted a request for a review of the ERCB's decision to approve Application No. 1627809. On November 12, 2009, the ERCB granted the request for a review of the decision.
