News Release 2002-06-11: EUB Releases First Annual Report on Appropriate Dispute Resolution Process (NR 2002-11)

Informational Letter (IL) 2001-1, titled Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program and Guidelines for Energy Industry Disputes, was issued January 8, 2001. This regulatory document formalizes the use of ADR and explains the Board's expectations and requirements. General Bulletin (GB) 2000-04: Stakeholder Consultation on Dispute Resolution Initiative and Public Consultation Document Terms of Reference (Feb. 2, 2000).
