NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF HEARING
APPLICATIONS NO.  1456689, 1459652 and 1459666

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1456689, 1459652, and 4159666 at the Rocky Rapids Community Centre, East of Hwy 22 on Twp Rd 500, at the southwest corner of the intersection of Range Rd. 73, Rocky Rapids, Alberta commencing on Thursday, December 7, 2006 at the hour of 9:00 a.m.  The EUB has been advised that those parties that had registered objections to the applications have withdrawn their objections  and as such do not wish to proceed to the hearing.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1456689, 1459652, and 4159666 to commence on Thursday, December 7, 2006 is hereby cancelled.
