(Two of the proposed surface locations exist already.) The details of the applications are as follows:

Application No. 1457043 – Four slant wells proposed to be drilled from a common surface location in Legal Subdivision (LSD) 10 of Section 10, Township 61, Range 5, West of the 4th Meridian to projected bottomhole locations in LSD 10-10-61-5 W4M, LSD 11-10-61-5 W4M and LSD 15-10-61-5 W4M.

Application No. 1457059 – Three slant wells proposed to be drilled from an existing multiwell pad site located in LSD 16-10-61-5 W4M to projected bottomhole locations in LSD 15-10-61-5 W4M, LSD 16-10-61-5 W4M and LSD 1-15-61-5 W4M.

For all nineteen wells the maximum hydrogen sulphide (H2S) concentration would be about 0.00 moles per kilomole (0.00 per cent). The purpose of the wells would be to obtain crude bitumen production from the McLaren Member. The proposed wells would be located about 5 kilometres (km) southeast of Bonnyville.

Nature of Applications No. 1456992, 1456995, 1456998 and 1460954

CNRL has applied pursuant to Section 7.001 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations requesting approval to construct and operate three multiwell oil batteries, as well as to amend an existing multiwell oil battery in the Fort Kent Field. The details of the applications are as follows:

Application No. 1456992 – A multiwell oil battery proposed at surface location LSD 10-10-61-5 W4M. The equipment on site would consist of four 1000 barrel (bbl) sales tanks.

Application No. 1456995 – A multiwell oil battery proposed at surface location LSD 11-10-61-5 W4M. The equipment on site would consist of six 1000 bbl sales tanks.

Application No. 1456998 – A multiwell oil battery proposed at surface location LSD 12-10-61-5 W4M. There are currently two 1000 bbl sales tanks located at this surface location for the existing well. The new equipment on site would consist of four 1000 bbl sales tanks, resulting in a total of six 1000 bbl sales tanks on the well site.

Application No. 1460954 – Amendment to an existing multiwell oil battery at surface location LSD 16-10-61-5 W4M. The existing equipment on this site consists of propane tanks, motor shacks and a fuel gas conditioner. The new equipment will consist of the addition of four new 1000 bbl sales tanks on this site.
