Master List: Directives, Informational Letters, and Interim Directives

Following is a list of the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) Directives, Interim Directives (IDs) and Informational Letters (ILs) that are in effect or have been superseded or rescinded since 1996. From the document number you can link directly to all documents that are in effect. Documents that have been superseded or rescinded since 1996 are annotated to indicate what has replaced them.

Directives

Directives are documents setting out new or amended ERCB requirements or processes to be implemented and followed by licensees, permittees, and other approval holders under the jurisdiction of the ERCB. Under the initiative to streamline regulatory documents, as described in Bulletin 2004-02, existing interim directives, informational letters, and guides will be reviewed and renamed to directives. Guides have now all been converted to directives.
