Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) may continue to process this application without further notice if no objections are received on or before May 27, 2003. 

Nature of the Application

EnCana Oil & Gas Partnership (EnCana), pursuant to section 15.212 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, EUB Interim Directive 96-3, and EUB Guide 58: Oilfield Waste Management Requirements for the Upstream Petroleum Industry, has applied to the EUB for approval to construct and operate an oilfield waste management facility consisting of a class II oilfield landfill located in the Northeast quarter, Section 21, Township 70, Range 4, West of the 4th Meridian. The purpose of the facility will be to dispose of lime sludge generated by water softening activities associated with the EnCana Foster Creek SAGD facility.
