Nature of the Application

Medicine River Oil Recyclers Ltd. (MROR), pursuant to section 15.212 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, EUB Interim Directive 96-3, and EUB Guide 58: Oilfield Waste Management Requirements for the Upstream Petroleum Industry, has applied to the EUB for approval to operate an oilfield waste management facility consisting of surface facilities associated with a class Ib disposal well located in Legal Subdivision 14, Section 28, Township 39, Range 3, West of the 5th Meridian. The purpose of the facility will be to store and then dispose of class Ib fluids down the associated disposal well.
