Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (Board) has received a request from Shell Canada Limited (Shell) pursuant to S.39 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act to review and vary certain conditions placed on ERCB Decision 83-22 concerning the Moose Mountain Pipeline facility. The conditions in question were placed upon Shell in ERCB Decision D83-22.

Any parties wishing to review the particulars of Shell's request should contact JoAnn P. Jamieson at Shell Canada Limited. Any interested parties wishing to participate in the review process should register their interest with the Board in writing no later than September 30, 2004.
