The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1362101 and 1362102 at the Peace Valley Inns, 9609 101 Street, Peace River, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, July 5, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB is in receipt of a withdrawal of objection from the intervening party who, pursuant to section 26 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act, triggered the hearing.
Take Notice that the public hearing of 1362101 and 1362102 to commence on Tuesday July 5, 2005 is hereby cancelled.
