The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1365168 at the Super 8 Motel, 3727 50th Street, Drayton Valley, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, July 5, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB is in receipt of a withdrawal of objection from the intervening party who, pursuant to section 26 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act, triggered the hearing.
Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1365168 to commence on Tuesday, July 5, 2005, is hereby cancelled.
