The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application number 1365573 at the Heritage Inn Convention Center, 1217- 2nd Street W. Brooks, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, July 13, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised by intervening parties that objections filed against the application have been withdrawn based on an agreement between Alta Gas and the intervening parties that the proposed facility, as applied for, would be licenced for one year only.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Application number 1365573 to commence on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 is hereby cancelled.
