The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) had scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1358995 and 1369362 at the Heritage Inn, 919 Waterton Avenue, Hwy 6, Pincher Creek, Alberta, commencing on June 1, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised by all interveners who have registered objections to these applications that Shell Canada Limited has addressed their concerns and they have withdrawn their objections.
Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1358995 and 1369362 to commence on June 1, 2005, is hereby cancelled.
