submitted an application in accordance with Section 7.001 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations requesting approval to construct and operate a single well oil battery in Legal Subdivision (LSD) 16, Section 34, Township 10, Range 17, West of the 4th Meridian in the Taber North Field. The facility would be categorized as a C320 single well battery with a maximum hydrogen sulphide (H2S) content of 0.6 mol/kmol or 0.06% H2S. The battery equipment will consist of a wellhead, pumpjack, separator, two oil storage tanks, fluid lines, flare stack, and measurement equipment. The purpose of the facility would be to receive oil effluent from the on site well for separation and measurement prior to delivery. The proposed facility would be located approximately 7.7 kilometres north and west of Taber.
