ACCESS PIPELINE INC.

Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) has received Application No. 1395789. This notice is to advise of the filing of this application. Note that if no submissions are received on or before June 15, 2005 relating to the application, the EUB may continue to process this application without further notice.
Nature of the Application
Access Pipeline Inc. (Access) has applied pursuant to Part 4 of the Pipeline Act for approval to construct and operate three pipelines. The purpose of the first pipeline would be to transport low vapour pressure fluids (LVP) from Legal Subdivision (LSD) 1, Section 16, Township 77, Range 5, West of the 4th Meridian to a pipeline tie in point at LSD 3-5-53-23W4M. This proposed pipeline would be approximately 347 kilometres (km) in length with an outside diameter (OD) of 610 mm. The purpose of the second pipeline would be to transport LVP products from a tie in point in NE 29-55-21W4M to a pipeline tie in point at LSD 1-16-77-5W4M. This proposed pipeline would be approximately 304 km with an OD of 406 mm. The third proposed pipeline would be approximately 450 m in length with an OD of 610 mm, blind ended at both ends and be placed at the North Saskatchewan River crossing. Access has applied for associated pipeline installations comprised of two lease automatic custody transfer (LACT) units, a trim blending facility and a mid point pump station. The application is currently under review with the EUB to determine its technical completeness.

Notes
Any submission filed shall contain the following:
(a) a concise statement indicating
(i) the manner in which the intervener's rights may be directly and adversely affected by a decision of the Board on the proceeding,
(ii) the nature and scope of the intervener's intended participation,
(iii) the disposition of the proceeding that the intervener advocates, if any,
