The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1448619 at the offices of the EUB, West Hall, 640 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, February 6, 2007, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. Compton Petroleum Corporation subsequently withdrew the application on December 12, 2006.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1448619 to commence on Tuesday, February 6, 2007 is hereby cancelled.
