NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF HEARING
APPLICATIONS NO. 1452905, 1471170, and 1472099

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (Board/EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1452905, 1471170, and 1472099, to be held before examiners appointed by the Board, at the Athabasca Community Centre, 4901 – 48 Street, Athabasca, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, December 5, 2006, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. As two objections to the proposed wells and pipeline were withdrawn and the EUB has dismissed another objection, the Board has cancelled the hearing.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Application Nos. 1452905, 1471170 and 1472099 to commence on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 is hereby cancelled.
