NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF HEARING
APPLICATION NO. 1451729
TERASEN PIPELINES (CORRIDOR) INC.
SCOTFORD UPGRADER TO TRANS MOUNTAIN PIPELINE TERMINAL

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1451729 at the Best Western Sherwood Hotel and Conference Centre, 2100 Premier Way, Sherwood Park, Alberta, commencing on Thursday, May 17, 2007, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised by Terasen Pipelines (Corridor) Inc. that the proposed pipeline route has been changed. Following the revision to the proposed route, the EUB carefully considered the remaining objections to determine whether persons who had filed objections or requested intervener status were persons whose rights might be directly and adversely affected by a decision of the EUB on the application. The EUB determined that the remaining persons did not qualify for standing, pursuant to Section 26 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1451729 to commence on Thursday, May 17, 2007 is hereby cancelled.
