The Compliance Assurance Initiative (CAI) is directly linked to the ERCB’s mission to ensure that the discovery, development and delivery of Alberta’s resources take place in a manner that is fair, responsible and in the public interest.

Current Status

2008 marked the fourth year of the CAI project and work is underway with the eight remaining sub-initiatives within the areas of Authorities & Requirements and Awareness & Knowledge.
