ERCB WEBSITE AND EMAIL SERVICE UNAVAILABLE OVER LONG WEEKEND
Calgary, Alberta (September 3, 2009) The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) has announced that its website, web-based applications and email service will be unavailable as of 6:00 PM Friday, Sept. 4, with service resuming at 8:00 AM Tuesday, Sept. 8.
This disruption in service is required to enhance capacity and increase security for the ERCB’s expanding server network.
Parties attempting to access the ERCB’s website or its web-based applications during this period will either see a blank screen or receive an error message. The delivery of emails will either be delayed until the server is back in operation Tuesday morning, or senders will receive a message that the email was delayed or undeliverable.
