ADR Annual Reports

Summary report on ERCB's appropriate dispute resolution program. By entering into the ADR process, industry and landowners
have the opportunity to successfully negotiate concerns about most proposed energy activities. This report takes into account total hearings cancelled due to ADR, total ADR files completed, ERCB facilitations, Third-party mediations and Company-to-Company (C2C) facilitations.
