Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) has cancelled the public hearing of Applications No. 1087034, 1269026 & 1270201 at the Heritage Inn, 912 Waterton Avenue, Pincher Creek, Alberta, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2002. The reason for the cancellation of the hearing is that the EUB determined that a public hearing was no longer necessary as the Board received no submissions from interveners who had standing.
