Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) may continue to process this application without further notice if no objections are received on or before September 4, 2002.
Nature of the Application
Producers Disposal Services Ltd. pursuant to section 15.212 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, EUB Interim Directive 96-3, and EUB Guide 58: Oilfield Waste Management Requirements for the Upstream Petroleum Industry, has applied to add a waste processing facility to the current waste management facility (surface facilities associated with a Class 1b disposal well) located at Legal Subdivision 1, Section 19, Township 57, Range 5, West of the 6th Meridian. The purpose of the additional facility will be to accept and process primarily non-dangerous oilfield wastes, and consists of a waste processing tank, a custom treating tank, two fresh water tanks, a clean oil tank, and a solids bin.
