Nature of the Application

The City of Medicine Hat has applied under the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations and the Oil and Gas Conservation Act to reduce the drilling spacing units for the production of gas from the Medicine Hat C and Second White Speckled Shale to one half section, divided into the East half and West half, with the target areas being Legal Subdivisions 6 and 16 in Section 16, Township 12, Range 5, West of the 4th Meridian.
