APPLICATION NO. 1324846
TURNER VALLEY FIELD
TALISMAN ENERGY INC.
Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (Board) will conduct a written hearing to address a request by Talisman Energy Inc. (Talisman) to add certain lands to the area of the Turner Valley Unit No. 5 (the Unit).
Nature of the Application
Talisman has applied pursuant to the Turner Valley Unit Operations Act (the Act) to add Legal Subdivisions 1 and 8 of Section 26, Township 19, Range 3, West of the 5th Meridian to the area of the Unit.

This written hearing is being conducted to comply with the requirements of clause 6 of the Act which states that on application by the unit operator or owner, the Board may add a tract to the unit after a hearing.
