Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB or Board) has rescheduled the public hearing of Application No. 1334386 originally scheduled for Wednesday, April 28, 2004. at the hour of 10:00 a.m.
Therefore, Take Notice that the EUB will hold a public hearing to consider Application No. 1334386 at the Nesbitt Community Hall, Township Road 342, Range Road 282, Alberta commencing on Monday June 7, 2004 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. All interveners to this proceeding must be present at the commencement of the hearing to register their appearance.
Nature of Proceeding
Mr. Gary Norman and Mr. Glenn Norman of H.G. Norman & Sons (collectively, the Applicant) made a request (Application No. 1334386) under Section 40 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act for the Board to review Well Licence 0287658 issued by the EUB on May 28, 2003 to Bumper Development Corporation Ltd. (Bumper); an intervener to this review request. Bumper had applied under Application No. 1302521 to drill a well and construct an access road at Legal Subdivision 7, Section 35, Township 33, Range 28 West of the 4th Meridian. The Board directed that a Hearing be held to review the licence in light of the concerns expressed by the Applicant in regard to the access road.
