Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) had scheduled a public hearing of Application Nos. 1357009, 1357010, 1357011, 1357012, 1366460, 1366462, 1366464 and 1366465 in the Tropical Room at the Tropical Inn, 5621 44th Street, Lloydminster, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. The Board received a request from interested parties to reschedule the hearing and it granted the request.
Therefore, Take Notice that the EUB will hold a public hearing of Application Nos. 1357009, 1357010, 1357011, 1357012, 1366460, 1366462, 1366464 and 1366465 in the Tower Ballroom at the Tropical Inn, 5621 44th Street, Lloydminster, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. All interveners to this proceeding must be present at the commencement of the hearing to register their appearance.

Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) has applied pursuant to Section 2.020 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations to drill nine crude bitumen wells from four surface locations in Township 51, Range 1, West of the 4th Meridian. The maximum hydrogen sulphide concentration of the 9 wells would be 0.0 mol/kmol (0.0 per cent). The purpose of six of the wells would be to obtain crude bitumen production from the Sparky Member. The purpose of the other three wells would be to obtain crude bitumen production from the General Petroleum Member. The locations of the wells are as follows:

Nature of Application Nos. 1366460, 1366462, 1366464 and 1366465
Canadian Natural Resources Limited has applied pursuant to Section 7.001 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations requesting approval to construct and operate 4 multiwell crude bitumen batteries in Township 51, Range 1, West of the 4th Meridian. Each wellsite facility would consist of wellheads and associated sales tanks. The purpose of the facilities would be to store production from the applied for wells prior to it being trucked out. The proposed facilities would be located between 5.6 and 7.2 kilometres northwest of Streamstown. The locations of the facilities are as follows:
