The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1478689 and 1478691 at the Holiday Inn & Suites, Grande Prairie, 9816-107 Street, Grand Prairie, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday July 31, 2007, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised by the applicant and the only intervening party that an agreement has been reached and the objection has been withdrawn. As set out in the original hearing notice, and having received no other submissions to the hearing, the Board is prepared to continue with the processing of the applications.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1478689 and 1478691 to commence on Tuesday, July 31, 2007, is hereby cancelled.
