The public hearing of Application No. 1616349 (Application) that was scheduled to commence on June 8, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., is cancelled.

The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) had scheduled a public hearing of the Application at the Coast Edmonton East Hotel, 2100 Premier Way, Sherwood Park, Alberta, commencing on June 8, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. The ERCB has received a withdrawal of objection from the intervening parties that were entitled to a hearing of the Application.
