The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) had scheduled a public hearing of the Application at the ERCB Head Office, 640 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on September 8, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. The ERCB has received a withdrawal of the objection to the Application from the intervening party and the Board has accepted the withdrawal.
