EUB to Hold Bitumen Conservation Pre-Hearing Meeting

Calgary, Alberta (September 13, 2004) - The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) will hold a pre-hearing meeting regarding a final hearing on the Bitumen Conservation issue on Wednesday, September 15, 2004, in Calgary.

Matters to be determined at the pre-hearing meeting include, the participants and date of a final hearing, as well as the scope of the issues that would be discussed at that hearing.

               (NOTE: All visitors to the EUB must check in with the
                    Commissionaire and receive a visitor's pass.)
