 June 10, 2009, Pipelines Technical has been updated. The following question was added under Pipeline Line Splits

  • I am planning to discontinue or abandon a portion of an existing pipeline that is currently licensed as operating with the ERCB. How do I submit a Licence Amendment Application to be in compliance with Directive 056?

 Pipelines Technical has been updated. The following questions were added under Surface Pipelines

  • Do I require a Directive 056 pipeline licence if I am planning to construct surface pipelines associated with an approved in situ oil sands scheme contained within the area of a single blocked MSL issued by SRD?
  • If the permanent surface pipeline is associated with a thermal in situ oil sands operation, what nonroutine documentation would be required?

Wells Technical has been updated. The following question was added under Survey Plans

  • I am planning to submit a new well licence application that will include a survey plan based on remotely sensed data (i.e., LiDAR). Will the ERCB accept my application if the information on my survey plan is based on remotely sensed survey data?

March 5, 2009,  Facilities Technical has been updated. The following question was added under Inlet H2S Content

  • What inlet gas H2S content should I record on Schedule 2 for a Category C, D, or E facility application?

February 20, 2009, Pipelines Technical FAQ has been updated. The following questions was added under Surface Pipelines
