Submission of Well Logs

(See section 11.140 of Oil & Gas Act and Regulations for further requirements)

This is a reminder to industry regarding the Submission of Well Logs.

One paper copy of every well log (Open and Cased) taken at a well is required to be submitted. 

In addition to paper copies, one CD and/or DVD copy of every open hole log taken at a well is also required to be submitted.

Please ensure the CD/DVD label is typewritten and includes the following information. Please do not handwrite CD/DVDs labels.

Operator Name
Location (Full 16 digit UWI)
Well Licence Number
Well Name
Run/Log Date
Tyle of files on CD/DVD (e.g. LAS, TIFF, PDF)
Revised Log (resubmit, corrected)

All well log data is to be sent to:
