D 88-D: Small Alberta Ethane Policy Report on Implementation

Report on an inquiry to consult with industry on the Alberta government's ethane policy and to report on its implementation. The report includes a forecast of ethane supply and demand, considerations on the availability of ethane to the Alberta ethane/ethylene petrochemical project, determination of facilities to be part of the policy, procedures for supplying ethane to the straddle plant system, and procedures to be used for expedient processing of field plant applications.
