The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB/Board) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1475827 and 1497233 at the offices of the Board, 640 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on Thursday August 30, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. A request was made by interested parties to reschedule the hearing and the Board decided to grant this request.

The EUB has been further advised by the parties that they are withdrawing their respective applications.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1475827 and 1497233 is hereby cancelled.
