The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1477016, 1479473, 1479476, 1505721, 1506137, 1506694, 1518206, 1518253 and 1518271 at the Ponoka Legion, 3911 Highway 2A, Ponoka, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB received a withdrawal of objection from the intervening parties dated Wednesday, November 14, 2007.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1477016, 1479473, 1479476, 1505721, 1506137, 1506694, 1518206, 1518253 and 1518271 to commence on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 is hereby cancelled.
