Take Notice that the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) had scheduled a public hearing of Application No(s) 1554799 and 1578005 at the offices of the ERCB, 640 – 5th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The hearing was initially rescheduled to commence on Thursday, September 25, 2008. The hearing is being rescheduled for a second time by the Board, noting the consent of Hunt Oil Company of Canada, Inc. (Hunt) and the consent of Galleon Energy Inc. to this rescheduling.

Therefore, Take Notice that the ERCB will hold a public hearing of Application No(s) 1554799 and 1578005 at the offices of the ERCB, 640 – 5th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on Monday, September 29, 2008 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. All interveners to this proceeding must be present at the commencement of the hearing to register their appearance.

Nature of the Applications
In Application No. 1554799, Hunt has applied pursuant to Section 39 (1)(a) of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act, to amend its enhanced recovery scheme, Approval No. 10848, by adding two water injection wells located at 02/12-33-071-26W5/0 and 00/06-04-072-26W5/0 in the Kleskun Beaverhill Lake A Pool.

In Application No. 1578005, Hunt has applied pursuant to Section 33 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act, to include the 00/06-03-072-26W5/0, 00/11-03-072-26W5/0, 00/16-03-072-26W5/2, and 00/16-04-072-26W5/0 wells, currently designated to the Paskwaskau Beaverhill Lake C Pool, in the Kleskun Beaverhill Lake A Pool.
