The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) had scheduled a public hearing of the Applications at the Olds College Alumni Centre, 4500 – 50 Street, Olds, Alberta, commencing on November 24, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. The ERCB has been advised by the applicant that it has obtained confirmation of nonobjection from the intervening party.
