April 21, 2009 Emergency Response Plan Registration Matrix amended to add the following note:
*Please note you cannot combine any two "Reasons for Submission" (Column 1) in one submission to the ERCB. i.e. you cannot submit an update and a supplement at the same time under the same DDS registration number. They are two separate submissions and require separate registration.

January 9, 2009 Emergency Response Plan Registration Matrix added to Directive 071 Tools. This matrix is designed to assist applicants in determining registration, application form, and ERCBH2S requirements in accordance to the respective version of Directive 071 the plan is written to.

November 18, 2008 New edition of Directive 071 released with Bulletin 2008-41) This edition is effective November 18, 2008. Other documents updated include ERP Application Form and Updated Non-compliance events table.
