Summary of Changes to the ERCB Risk Assessed Noncompliance spreadsheet and ERCB Compliance Categories and Contact Personnel listing under Compliance and Enforcement Section

The following summarized changes have been made to the ERCB Risk Assessed Noncompliance spreadsheet. These changes are highlighted in the PDF file for easy reference.
- Risk Assessed Noncompliance spreadsheet
- Facility Applications Group:
- Noncompliance event, Failure to acquire a mineral lease continuation – DOE agreement obtained, documents pending-Low risk, has been removed from Wells Technical compliance category due to recent revisions to Directive 056: Energy Development Applications and Schedules.
- Resources Application Group:
- Removal of Commingling Applications Audit compliance category, amalgamation of Miscible Flood Schemes, Water flood Schemes and Other Enhanced Recovery Schemes compliance categories into Enhanced Recovery Schemes compliance category, new compliance category Control Wells and the noncompliances. Noncompliances have been added to several other compliance categories.
- Environmental Group:
- New compliance category, Glycol Dehydrator Benzene Emissions and the noncompliances.
- Operations Group:
- Additional 4 noncompliances under Shallow Fracturing Operations Audits compliance category.
- New compliance category Wells Casing Design Requirements and the noncompliances.
- Information Collection and dissemination Group:
- Additional 2 noncompliances under Monthly Volumetric Reporting compliance category.
- Field Surveillance Group:
- Noncompliances have been added to Drilling Operations, Well Servicing, Waste Facilities, Oil Facilities, Gas Facilities and Well Site Inspection compliance categories
- Public Safety Group:
- New compliance categories General ERP Requirements and Technical ERP Requirements and noncompliances.
The ERCB will periodically review its risk assessed noncompliances and make revisions to ensure fairness and consistency.
