ERCB Information Session Thursday, August 21, 2008

Trilogy Blue Mountain Ltd. (Trilogy) has submitted the above-noted well and pipeline licence applications to the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board). The ERCB has reviewed the applications, as well as the objections submitted with respect to this proposed development, and has decided that a hearing is required to make an informed decision on these applications. A Notice of Hearing for a hearing commencing on October 15, 2008, will be forthcoming.

In order to assist members of the public who may wish to participate in the hearing, the ERCB invites all interested parties to attend an information session to review the ERCB’s hearing processes and the rules for intervener funding. Please note that ERCB staff will not be in a position to discuss the specifics and merits of Trilogy’s applications, but will provide information intended to enable the public to engage effectively in the hearing process.
