| Addition of New Waste Codes with the recent release of ERCB

Requirements for the S-25 Monthly Oilfield Waste Management Facility Statement
With the recent release of
Directive 047
, there was the addition of new wastes codes that are required for reporting purposes. The waste codes will affect the reporting requirements for oilfield waste management facilities (
Directive 047
) as well as oilfield waste generators reporting the 2009 annual oilfield waste disposition report in accordance with ERCB
Directive 058: Oilfield Waste Management Requirements for the Upstream Petroleum Industry
. The following waste codes have been created to better define the oilfield waste and provide greater clarity:

| DRWSGC* | Drilling Waste Gel Chemical (replaces SUMPGL) |

When the consolidation of
Directive 058
is released the new waste codes will be added to Table 7.4
