On Thursday, June 28, the ERCB released its draft Directive on Tailings Management, Tailings Performance Criteria and Requirements for Oil Sands Mining Schemes. Comments on the directive will be accepted until September 15, 2008 and may be submitted to fm-directive@ercb.ca
