The Safety Bulletin was an Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) publication first issued in Spring 2003. Safety Bulletins will be issued as required. Each issue focuses on a recent energy-related incident in Alberta.
On January 1, 2008 Safety Bulletins will be issued as an Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) publication. The Safety Bulletin outlines the factors that were found to contribute to that incident and ERCB recommendations for preventing similar incidents.
